Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Deep Align is developed and operated by Vibe2Viable ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"). Deep Align is a personal wellness application for iPhone and iPad. This Privacy Policy explains our practices with respect to personal information — and, in plain terms, there is very little to explain, because we don't collect it.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or have access to any of the following:

• Your name, email address, or any contact information
• Your location
• Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or fingerprints
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Crash reports sent to our servers
• Any data entered or generated within the app

There are no user accounts in Deep Align. You never sign up, log in, or provide us with any personal information to use the app.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

All of your preferences, streak history, saved affirmations, and app settings are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This data is:

• Only accessible to you and the Deep Align app on your device
• Not transmitted to our servers or any third party
• Removed when you delete the app from your device

4. iCloud Sync

If you have iCloud enabled on your device, iOS may automatically sync certain app data (such as preferences and streak history) to your other Apple devices via iCloud.

This sync is handled entirely by Apple between your own devices. We do not have access to your iCloud data and do not receive, read, or store any information transmitted through iCloud. Apple's privacy policy governs how iCloud handles your data: apple.com/privacy.

iCloud sync occurs automatically when iCloud is enabled on your device. Deep Align uses iCloud Key-Value Storage, a lightweight sync mechanism managed entirely by Apple. This data does not appear in your iCloud storage settings. If you do not wish to sync data between devices, you can continue using the app on a single device — your data will remain local to that device.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Deep Align offers optional paid subscriptions (monthly and annual) that unlock the full app experience. All subscription management and payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store.

We do not collect, process, or store any payment information — including your credit card number, billing address, or Apple ID. We only receive a confirmation from Apple that a valid subscription exists, so we can unlock features in the app.

Your subscription data is governed by Apple's privacy policy and App Store terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

6. Third-Party SDKs and Analytics

Deep Align does not include any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or social media frameworks. There are no hidden trackers in the app.

The only third-party framework integrated into the App is Apple's own StoreKit, used solely to manage the subscription purchase flow. StoreKit does not transmit personal data to us.

We may receive anonymized, aggregated usage statistics from Apple (such as download counts and crash reports) through App Store Connect. These statistics do not identify individual users and cannot be linked to you or your device.

7. No Data Sharing or Sale

Because we do not collect personal data, we have no personal data to share or sell. We do not share your information with:

• Advertisers or marketing companies
• Data brokers
• Other app developers
• Any third parties whatsoever

8. Children's Privacy

Deep Align is not intended for or directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Use of the App by anyone under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited. If you are under 13, please do not use the App.

Because we collect no personal data from any user, there is no information to identify, collect, or store from children. If you believe a child under 13 has accessed the app, no personal data has been compromised — the app does not collect or transmit any personal information regardless of the user's age.

9. Your Rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on our end. All data associated with your use of the app lives on your device and is fully under your control.

To delete all data: simply delete the Deep Align app from your iPhone or iPad. If you use iCloud sync, you can manage your iCloud storage from iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage. However, because Deep Align uses lightweight Key-Value Storage, the app may not appear as a separate item in your storage list. Deleting the app from all your devices will effectively remove all associated data.

10. Security

Your app data is protected by your device's built-in security — including device passcode, Face ID/Touch ID, and iOS data protection. Because your data never leaves your device (except through your own iCloud account), there is no server-side attack surface for your personal information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will note them in the App Store release notes.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
